TV producer Don Taffner dies

Jesse L. Taffner, a completely independent distributor and producer of television programming and live theater points of interest, died of the aneurysm or bloodstream clot within the heart on Tuesday, Sept. 6, following a brief hospitalization. He was 80. Taffner and the wife-business partner Eleanor Bolta were accountable for getting towards the U.S. such tv shows as "Three's Company," "Too Close for Comfort" and "The Benny Hill Show."Taffner was raised above his family's old fashion candy store in Brooklyn.
